Shipping FAQ

Order Confirmation

  • After a successfully placed order you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains your 5 digit order number order number, delivery address, and a description of what you ordered. 
  • Please double check the sizing and delivery address and email us right away at info@laceduplaces.com with any order adjustments. 
  • If you did not receive an order confirmation email or text from us then we did not receive your order. 

Shipping Information

  • We allow 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. We do this to allow time for any order adjustments such as sizing or address change.
  • After processing and shipment your order will take 2-3 business days to deliver depending on location.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday. 
  • If you order Friday-Sunday your order will ship on Monday.
  • If you order Monday-Tuesday your order will ship on Wednesday.
  • If you order Wednesday-Thursday your order will ship on Friday.

Shipping Rates

  • All U.S. orders over $25 qualify for FREE SHIPPING. 
  • USPS First Class shipping with tracking (2-3 business days) for $3.99.
  • All International orders over $75 qualify for FREE shipping.
  • We ship worldwide, International shipping rates vary by country. 

Tracking Numbers

  • When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one business day for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
  • All of our orders are shipped through USPS.com. Click this link and enter your tracking number to track your order.

      Return Policy

      • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you received your laces. Laces must be brand new and in the original packaging with no signs of wear to be eligible for return.

      • If there is a problem with your order please email info@laceduplaces with your return/replace request and we will provide return eligibility information. 
      • Please do not ship laces back to us without receiving approval.
      • The customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping costs unless there was a manufacturing problem with the laces on our end.
